Human Resource Executive

A Recruitment Specialist manages the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. They collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, utilize various channels (job boards, social media) to attract talent, and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). 

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Advertising: Create and post engaging job ads; actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and industry events.
• Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate in-person/virtual interviews with hiring managers.
• Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
• Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment plans to meet hiring goals.
• Reporting & Metrics: Track key hiring metrics such as time-to-hire and source-of-hire to refine recruitment strategies.
• Compliance: Ensure all hiring processes comply with local employment laws and regulations.
