30-day targets:
 1. Complete understanding of all the systems & processes. 2. Take complete handover of all HR activities from concerned people. 3. Get a complete insight into the growth plans & plan a hiring roadmap accordingly. Learn & Prepare Zoho Recruit to start the process of building the hiring pipeline.  4. Build & track basic KPIs in Scorecards for the HR department in Scorecards & start translating them to weekly & monthly reviews. 5. Collect & go through all the SOP.  

60-day targets: 
1. Build & help track basic KPIs for Sales, Engineering & Installation (Operations) in Scorecards & start translating them to weekly & monthly reviews. 2. Refine all the SOPs to be crisper & more relevant to the latest flow. 3. Start conducting weekly reviews. 4. Start the hiring process.  

 90-day targets: 
1. Build & help track basic KPIs for Fulfilment Center, Last Mile Delivery, Accounts & Purchase in Scorecards & start translating them to weekly & monthly reviews. 2. Start conducting monthly reviews.  3. Complete setup of the Ahmedabad team for smooth & efficient management.
