 Daily responsibilities: You will be overall responsible for the attraction, selection, training, assessment, and rewarding of employees. You will develop and oversee organizational leadership and culture. You will make sure the team coordinates efficiently and identify gaps.  Outcomes / Responsibilities: 30-day targets: 
1. Complete understanding of all the systems & processes.
2. Take complete handover of all HR activities from concerned people.
3. Get a complete insight into the growth plans & plan a hiring roadmap accordingly. Learn & Prepare Zoho Recruit to start the process of building the hiring pipeline. 
4. Build & track basic KPIs in Scorecards for the HR department in Scorecards & start translating them to weekly & monthly reviews.
5. Collect & go through all the SOP.

 60-day targets:
 1. Build & help track basic KPIs for Sales, Engineering & Installation (Operations) in Scorecards & start translating them to weekly & monthly reviews.
2. Refine all the SOPs to be crisper & more relevant to the latest flow.
3. Start conducting weekly reviews.
4. Start the hiring process. 
 
90-day targets:
 1. Build & help track basic KPIs for Fulfilment Center, Last Mile Delivery, Accounts & Purchase in Scorecards & start translating them to weekly & monthly reviews.
2. Start conducting monthly reviews. 
3. Complete setup of the Ahmedabad team for smooth & efficient management. KPIs for Recruitment Time to hire Quality of hire Cost of hire Diversity ratio Offer acceptance rate. Hiring funnel 90-day failure rate
 KPIs for Performance Management: No of weekly/monthly reviews conducted Employee Review Satisfaction Rating New KPIs implemented Absence Rate Employee productivity rate - Sales / No. of Employees
 KPIs for Training: No. of training conducted Employee Training Satisfaction rating New Skills Added to the Company Conclusion: We are looking for dynamic millennials & gen-z with 5-8 years of rich experience. Start-Up experience is a “++”. Location - Goa & Gujarat CTC - 12-15 Lakhs + PB + ESOP.
