Job Description
The HR Generalist will play a key role in managing HR operations, ensuring compliance
with statutory requirements, and supporting administrative tasks. The ideal candidate
will have a solid understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, compliance,
performance management, and HR lifecycle management, along with experience in
handling administrative responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Compliance
Management
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including
Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation
(ESIC), and other labor laws.
Maintain and update compliance records and reports,
ensuring timely submission of required documents to
relevant authorities.
Recruitment and
Onboarding
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including
sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a
smooth transition into the company.
HR Lifecycle
Management
Handle all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from
onboarding to off-boarding.
Manage employee records, ensuring that all documentation
is up-to-date and accurately maintained.Performance
Management System
Implement & Manage the Performance Management
System, ensuring timely performance reviews and
feedback sessions.
Administrative
Support
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including
office management, facilities coordination, and
vendor management.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies,
payroll, and benefits.
Employee
Engagement and
Relations
Support employee engagement initiatives, including
organizing, events, training sessions, and team-
building activities.
Address employee concerns and grievances,
ensuring a positive and productive work
environment.
HR Reporting and
Analytics
Prepare and maintain HR reports and analytics, providing
insights into key HR metrics such as turnover,
recruitment, and
performance management.
Compliance Oversight
Ensure all purchased goods comply with food safety
regulations and organizational quality standards,
conducting regular audits of suppliers.
Continuous
Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and
improve efficiency.
Stay updated on HR best practices and industry
trends, making recommendations for improvements
to existing policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATION
Education: Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, including
compliance, recruitment, and HR lifecycle management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and knowledge of compliance
regulations related to PF, ESIC, etc.
