Import Export Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Import Operations Executive. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and build a career in import/export operations. Prior experience is not mandatory—what matters most is your willingness to grow and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing import documentation and processes
• Coordinate with vendors, shipping agents, and internal teams
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate records and data entry
• Learn and follow import regulations and compliance requirements

Requirements:

• Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Basic communication and organizational abilities
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Familiarity with MS Office is a plus

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday
• 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
