Express Carrier Shipments (Samples/Commercial)- Arrange quotes for export/import express carrier movements.

- Execute shipments: Create AWB (Air Waybill), check documentation per carrier, KYC, and e-way bill requirements.

- Ensure timely preparation and connection of shipments/documents to carriers (e.g., DHL/UPS/FedEx).

- Obtain shipper/receiver approval via checklists for all export/import shipments.

- Create and arrange import labels from carriers; issue and forward to vendors for pickups and coordination.

Import Clearance & Documentation- Finalize CHA (Customs House Agent) for shipments and pre-plan to avoid penalties.

- Coordinate with customers for import documents; enable advance BOE (Bill of Entry) filing.

- Perform proactive checks and file BOE in advance.

Billing & Financial Coordination- Accurately pass CHA bills, GSEC (Goods & Services Tax Electronic Credit), warehouse charges, etc., to billing team.

- Ensure no delays in data processing to billing department.

- Monitor booking-to-billing process; verify accurate freight and other charges with accounts team.

Air Freight (Airport-to-Airport)- Obtain quotes from IATA agents/shipping lines for export/import movements.

- Provide rate quotes to customers after verifying key documents and KYC.

- Secure draft confirmations from customers and share with agents/lines.

- Pre-file checklists, approve drafts, and coordinate transporters to/from airports/ICDs/seaports.

- Ensure seamless process via checklist/draft confirmations (billing duties as above).

Sea LCL/FCL Shipments- Obtain quotes from IATA agents/shipping lines for export/import movements.

- Provide rate quotes to customers after KYC/document checks.

- Secure draft confirmations and share with agents.

- Pre-file checklists, approve drafts, and coordinate transporters to/from airports (billing duties as above).

General Export Shipments (Courier/Samples/Commercial)- Plan and organize shipment documents/connections in advance per timelines.

- Conduct compliance checks: KYC, required documents, e-way bills.

- Ensure timely pickups for exports and connections to carriers.
