Job Title: Export Manager (Cosmetics Industry)

Job Summary/Overview

Lead and drive international business growth for our cosmetic products by developing export strategies, managing global distribution networks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and achieving sales targets in diverse markets. 

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Sales: Develop and implement export plans, identify new markets, generate leads, convert prospects, and meet sales goals.
• ** Market Research:** Analyze international markets, competitor activities, and consumer trends for cosmetics.
• ** Distribution Management:** Recruit, build, and maintain strong relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and clients.
• ** Compliance & Documentation:** Ensure adherence to international trade laws, customs, and specific cosmetic regulations (e.g., FDA, EU Cosmetics Regs), preparing all necessary export documents (invoices, B/L, packing lists).
• ** Coordination:** Liaise with production, logistics, finance, and quality control for timely order fulfillment.
• ** Promotion:** Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer meetings.
• Reporting: Maintain sales records, track shipments, and provide regular reports. 

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5+ years in export management, FMCG, or beauty/cosmetics industry.
• ** Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• ** Skills:** Strong international sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; excellent English communication (written/verbal); proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of export/import procedures, trade regulations, and cosmetic industry specifics.
• Personal Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and a team player. 

Experience Preferred

• Experience with herbal/ayurvedic cosmetics, skincare, or hair care products.
• Proven track record in building distribution networks in regions like Africa, Middle East, SE Asia, or Europe.
