🧾 Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and converting them into sales through calls, emails, and online communication.

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in inside sales / tele sales / customer service
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
