• Generate leads through calls, emails & platforms like IndiaMART
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product details
• Prepare quotations and follow up with clients
• Maintain CRM data and daily reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing
• Support sales team in achieving targets
• Build and maintain client relationships
