Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities·      Generate new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online platforms.

·      Handle customer inquiries and provide product information related to the CYRAA laundry equipment range.

·      Identify potential customers including hospitals, hospitality sector, laundries, institutions, and industrial clients.

·      Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable laundry solutions and equipment configurations.

·      Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product specifications with clients.

·      Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to convert leads into confirmed orders.

·      Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions.

·      Coordinate with technical, production, and field sales teams for smooth order processing and customer support.

·      Assist in tender documentation and project-related proposals when required.

·      Achieve monthly sales targets and lead conversion goals.

Qualifications·      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

·      1–3 years of experience in inside sales / sales coordination / customer support

·      Experience in laundry equipment, hospitality equipment, industrial machinery, or healthcare equipment will be an advantage
