Job Description

Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to support our sales operations for industrial machinery such as Labeling Machines, Capping Machines, and Filling Machines. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, preparing quotations, and coordinating with the sales and technical teams.


  • Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Understand customer requirements related to labeling, capping, filling, and other industrial machines.
  • Provide product information, pricing, specifications, and features to clients.
  • Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product brochures.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the sales and technical team for product demos and client queries.
  • Maintain and update CRM, lead data, and daily sales reports.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
  • Requirements: Minimum 6 months experience in inside sales, tele calling, or B2B sales (machinery/industrial equipment experience is an advantage).
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Ability to understand technical product information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
  • Strong follow-up skills and target-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work in a fast-paced environment.
