Job Description :

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries, generate sales, and maintain strong client relationships.The candidate will follow up with potential customers, and convert inquiries into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle Inbound Calling
• Handle incoming leads 
• Contact potential customers
• Follow up with customers 
• Resolve customer queries and provide timely support
• Coordinate with the internal team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers

Requirements :

• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in Inside Sales / Tellecalling / Customer Support
• Ability to handle leads and customer inquiries professionally
• knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
