Job Description

Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing sales through phone calls, emails, and online meetings. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and promoting company products and solutions to achieve sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify potential customers through research, cold calling, and networking.

Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer information.




Sales & Revenue Growth:


Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Handle inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up on proposals.

Coordination & Reporting:

Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and lead nurturing.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
