Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Generate and qualify leads from various sources
  • Explain products/services to customers and convert inquiries into sales
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Update customer data and sales records in CRM/software
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team for order processing
  • Resolve customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction
