Inside Sales Executive – ProfileAn Inside Sales Executive is a result-oriented professional responsible for driving sales growth through effective lead management, customer engagement, and coordination with field sales teams. The role focuses on building strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, understanding their requirements, and providing timely product information and commercial support.


The executive handles inbound and outbound sales communication, follows up on enquiries, prepares quotations, and supports the sales cycle from lead generation to order closure. They play a critical role in maintaining accurate CRM data, tracking sales activities, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, service, and operations teams.


A successful Inside Sales Executive demonstrates strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound sales enquiries via calls, emails, and online platforms
  • Generate and qualify leads and support the sales funnel
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications
  • Coordinate with field sales, service, and production teams
  • Maintain customer records and sales data in CRM systems
  • Support order processing and post-sales coordination
