🔍 Job OverviewMM Media is looking for a Business Development Executive with prior experience in Digital Marketing Sales or Agency Sales. The ideal candidate should understand how a digital marketing agency works and be confident in handling leads, pitching services, and closing deals.

✅ Key RequirementsMinimum

• 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing Sales / Agency Sales
• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing Agency services
• Basic to good knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
• Ability to communicate confidently with potential clients
• Experience in lead follow-ups, pitching, and closing
• Result-oriented and target-driven mindset

💼 Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming leads and convert them into clients

• Pitch MM Media’s digital marketing services effectively
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding
• Maintain lead records and follow-up regularly
• Achieve monthly sales targets
