Inside Sales Executive

·        Call and follow up with leads from IndiaMART, TradeIndia,Alibaba and internal databases.

·        Identify potential clients such as schools, colleges, hostels, catering companies, and corporate buyers.

·        Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable machinery solutions.

·        Prepare and send quotations and negotiate pricing where required.

·        Prepare Proforma Invoices (PI) and confirm order details.

·        Coordinate with the production team for order processing and dispatch timelines.

·        Maintain daily sales follow-up and conversion tracking reports.

Achieve monthly sales targets and support revenue growth initiatives.
