Inside Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound sales enquiries for industrial automation products

Prepare and share techno-commercial quotations

Follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing, and close orders

Coordinate with OEMs / distributors for pricing, availability, and lead time

Support field sales team with product selection and documentation

Manage order processing, PI, order confirmation, and dispatch coordination

Maintain CRM / Excel records of leads, customers, and sales status

Follow up with customers for payments and delivery schedules

Cross-sell and up-sell automation products to existing customers
