Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to handle B2C sales inquiries, convert leads into customers, and build strong relationships with small-scale recyclers, entrepreneurs, and business owners interested in plastic recycling machinery.

This role requires strong communication, persuasion skills, and the ability to explain technical products in a simple and convincing manner.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming leads from platforms like:

  • Website inquiries
  • WhatsApp
  • LinkedIn
  • Trade portals (IndiaMART, etc.)
  • Engage with prospects via:

  • Calls
  • WhatsApp messages
  • Email communication
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable machines (grinder, shredder, washing line, etc.)
  • Explain product features, benefits, and ROI in a simple, non-technical language
  • Share quotations, videos, and company profile with prospects
  • Follow up regularly to convert leads into confirmed orders
  • Maintain lead data and update status in CRM or tracking sheets
  • Coordinate with the technical and production team for accurate information
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
  • Key Skills RequiredStrong communication skills (Hindi + English required, Gujarati preferred)
  • Excellent convincing and negotiation ability
  • Basic understanding of industrial products or machinery sales (training will be provided)
  • Confidence in handling customer objections
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts
  • Good follow-up discipline and consistency
  • Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience: 1–2 years in Inside Sales / B2C Sales
  • Experience in machinery, industrial products, or manufacturing is a plus
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
