Job Description

Role Summary:

Responsible for generating leads, engaging prospects, and closing sales through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads via calls, emails, and CRM tools
  • Present products/services and handle objections effectively
  • Follow up on inquiries and nurture prospects to closure
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of inside sales or telesales experience
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Experience with CRM and MS Excel
  • Target-driven with strong follow-up skills

Preferred Skills:

  • B2B/B2C sales experience
  • Knowledge of lead generation tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
