Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls and follow up on inbound leads to promote company services
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable service solutions
- Explain service offerings, pricing, and benefits clearly to potential clients
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into confirmed sales
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM or Excel
