Roles and Responsibilities:

● To call the maximum number of existing customers and provide them with training for the

new launches.

● To explain newly released features to them.

● Need to maintain data regarding customer interaction and share reports on time.

● To maintain good rapport with customers.

● Resolve customer queries.

● Customer Handling and Training

● Software Training

● Client Coordination

● Good Communication Skill

● Basic knowledge of MS Office
