Role: Recruit, train, and manage insurance agents (Advisors) to achieve business targets through their network.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new insurance advisors/agents.

Provide regular training and motivation to the team.

Guide agents to sell life insurance policies to customers.

Drive business through advisor productivity and team activation.

Ensure policy renewals and maintain persistency

Role: Sell life insurance products directly to customers (no intermediaries), either through company leads or walk-ins.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire customers directly and pitch suitable life insurance products.

Meet sales and business targets for assigned branches/regions.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and after-sales support.

Provide a superior customer experience to drive repeat business.
