Job Description
Meet clients to understand requirements, lifestyle, and budget
Create design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts
Develop 2D drawings (AutoCAD) and 3D models (SketchUp / V-Ray)
Prepare working drawings (electrical, furniture, ceiling, etc.)
Select materials, finishes, furniture, and décor elements
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams
Visit sites regularly to ensure design execution as per plan
Prepare BOQs, estimates, and project timelines
Ensure projects are completed within budget and deadlines
