Key Responsibilities:

Design & Planning

Develop innovative design concepts for residential and commercial interiors.

Prepare detailed space planning, layouts, and furniture planning.

Create 2D drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.

Coordinate with 3D visualizers for accurate and premium visual outputs.

Client Interaction

Attend client meetings to understand requirements and present design proposals.

Prepare and explain design concepts, material selections, and finishes to clients.

Incorporate client feedback while maintaining design quality.

Execution & Site Coordination

Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and contractors during execution.

Visit sites regularly to ensure drawings are executed as per design intent.

Resolve on-site design and technical issues.

Material & Vendor Coordination

Finalize materials, finishes, fittings, and fixtures.

Coordinate with vendors for samples, specifications, and execution details.

Ensure quality control and adherence to approved materials.

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare BOQs, specifications, and design documentation.

Maintain proper project records, revisions, and approvals.

Assist in project timelines and delivery schedules.

Required Skills & Software Knowledge

Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)

Basic knowledge of V-Ray / Corona / SketchUp / 3ds Max.

Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction techniques

Good communication and presentation skills

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 2 years of professional experience

Experience in residential & commercial interior projects

Ability to manage multiple projects independently
