Interior Designer

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer in residential and corporate interior fit-out projects. The candidate should have strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion within defined timelines and budgets.

• Key Responsibilities Develop concept designs, layouts, and presentations for residential and corporate interiors.
• Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and working drawings.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their design requirements and translate them into functional and aesthetic solutions.
• Work closely with architects, project managers, vendors, and contractors during the design and execution stages.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained.
• Manage fit-out execution, including furniture, lighting, finishes, and modular elements.
• Source and select materials, finishes, and furniture as per project design and budget.
• Prepare and present 3D visualizations, mood boards, and sample boards.
• Ensure compliance with company design standards, safety codes, and client expectations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in interior design (residential & corporate projects preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and modular systems.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines.

• Understanding of fit-out execution, project costing, and vendor coordination.
• Exposure to modular furniture design or turnkey interior projects will be an added advantage
