Job Overview

Eighty8 Studio Architects & Interior Design is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Draftsman & Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing functional, aesthetically appealing spaces while ensuring strong technical accuracy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD (layouts, elevations, and working drawings)

Develop 3D models and high-quality renders

Create innovative interior concepts, mood boards, and layouts

Plan efficient space utilization and furniture arrangements

Coordinate with clients, architects, and site teams

Prepare execution drawings including electrical, ceiling, and furniture details

Conduct site visits for measurements, inspections, and project follow-ups

Required Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3ds Max, V-Ray / Lumion

Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and interior detailing

Excellent visualization and creative thinking skills

Basic knowledge of site execution and coordination

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Qualification

Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in residential and/or commercial projects

Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently

Develop 3D models and layouts using SketchUp

Create basic renderings for client presentations (V-Ray / Lumion or similar tools)

Interpret design concepts and translate them into technical drawings

Ensure drawings meet project specifications and timelines
