Interior Site Supervisor

1. Key Responsibilities:Supervise installation of modular workstations, cabins, storage units, partitions, and customized furniture at site.
2. Coordinate with factory production team for dispatch schedules and material requirements.
3. Verify site measurements before installation and ensure alignment with approved drawings.
4. Manage carpenters, installers, and fit-out teams for smooth execution.
5. Ensure proper handling and installation of modular panels, hardware, and fittings.
6. Monitor project timeline and send daily progress reports to the Project Manager.
7. Maintain quality standards and ensure finishing meets company expectations.
8. Handle client coordination at site and resolve execution-related issues.
9. Maintain site safety, discipline, and cleanliness.
10. Support billing team with measurement verification and site completion reports.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of site measurements, BOQ, and installation processes.

Good communication and team handling skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
