Role Summary:

The incumbent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers, resolve their concerns, and ensure service satisfaction. The role requires effective communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Attend and manage customer calls courteously
• Provide accurate information and effective resolutions
• Maintain quality standards in all interactions

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Freshers are eligible; preference for candidates with 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong verbal English communication and clarity in speech
• Basic computer and listening skills
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts including weekends and nights

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹39,000 CTC per month (depending on performance and experience)
