Role Summary:

You will begin in an outbound calling role, responsible for booking appointments for our POS products. After successfully completing your initial 3 month training period, you will progress to direct sales, focusing on selling our products to clients in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential merchants, including small businesses, retail outlets, restaurants, and enterprises.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospects, understand their requirements, and present suitable product solutions.
• Make a minimum of 150 cold calls every shift
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by ensuring their ongoing needs are met.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in payment solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and technical teams to enhance the sales process and customer experience.
• Educate clients on the features, advantages, and applications of POS machines.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive fixed monthly salary.

• Ahmedabad – On-site (Full-time / Part-time)
