We are hiring International Customer Support Executives who can handle global customers with professionalism, clarity, and a positive attitude.

Aapka role hoga customers ke calls, queries aur issues ko resolve karna, unhe best service provide karna, aur company ki reputation ko maintain rakhna.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound international calls (US process)

Assist customers with queries, troubleshooting, and information

Maintain accurate customer records

Meet daily/weekly performance KPIs

Deliver professional, polite, and solution-oriented communication

Coordinate with internal teams for customer issue resolution

Follow process guidelines and quality standards

🧩 Required Skills

Excellent English communication skills (verbal + written)

Strong customer service attitude

Ability to work in night shift

Basic computer knowledge & typing skills

Ability to handle pressure and multitask

Prior international voice experience (preferred but not mandatory)
