Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of international destinations, attractions, and seasons
• Expertise in creating cost-effective and competitive travel packages
• Knowledge of airlines, routing, fare rules, and transit requirements
• Understanding of  travel documentation
• Ability to design FIT, group tours, honeymoon, luxury, and budget packages
• Negotiation skills with hotels, DMCs, and suppliers
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and online portals
• Good command of English (additional languages preferred)

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 0 years and 1 year of experience in international travel package creation
• Proven experience in customized and fixed international tour packages
• Hands-on experience with multiple destinations (Asia, Europe, Middle East, Americas, etc.)
• Prior experience in a travel agency or tour operator preferred

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Ability to understand client needs and suggest suitable packages
• Attention to detail and accuracy in itineraries and costing
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Team-oriented with a professional attitude

Responsibilities

• Create and customize international travel packages
• Prepare detailed itineraries and quotations
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and ground partners
• Support sales team with package details and pricing
