Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and eligibility verification.
  • Follow up insurance carriers based on client appointments.
  • Track and update the status of unpaid claims.
  • Adapt to various voice-based processes as required.
  • Maintain accurate daily logs of activities.
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately, adhering to client SLAs.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve shared goals.
  • Escalate issues to senior management in a timely manner when necessary.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant applications.
