Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Market Research Executive with at least 6 months of hands-on experience in market research. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, sourcing the right respondents for research studies as per client requirements, screening participants using qualified questions, and coordinating interviews with research moderators.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify suitable respondents for market research studies
• Source and recruit participants based on specific client and study requirements
• Conduct screening calls and ask qualifying questions to ensure respondent eligibility
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between qualified respondents and moderators
• Ensure high-quality recruitment and adherence to research guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of leads, screening results, and interview schedules
• Work closely with internal teams and moderators to ensure smooth project execution

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory)
• Minimum 6 months of experience in market research or respondent recruitment
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in lead generation and candidate sourcing
• Ability to confidently ask screening and qualifying questions
• Good organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in qualitative and quantitative research recruitment
• Familiarity with B2B and B2C research studies
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
