Client Communication Manager (USA Customer Support Process)

Location: On-site

Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)


Job Overview

We are looking for a Client Communication Manager who can independently manage day-to-day communication with our existing and upcoming clients, primarily based in the United States. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely issue resolution, and long-term client relationship management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily communication with current and prospective US clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and expectations
  • Address client queries, concerns, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinate with operations, HR, and delivery teams to resolve client issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and action items
  • Ensure consistent follow-ups and proactive communication to enhance client satisfaction
  • Support onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth handover to relevant teams
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong understanding of client communication processes, preferably with global or US clients
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
  • Professional attitude with strong interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Comfortable working in night shifts aligned with US time zones
  • Prior experience in client communication, customer support, or account management is an advantage
