Client Coordination & Follow-Up Agent


Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Client Coordination & Follow-Up Agent who will act as a bridge between our existing clients, candidates, and internal teams. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage regular follow-ups, ensure smooth communication regarding job profiles, and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and employees.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make regular outbound calls to existing clients for follow-ups related to job requirements, candidate status, and hiring progress
  • Coordinate between clients, candidates, and internal recruitment teams to ensure a smooth and timely workflow
  • Follow up with candidates regarding job profiles, interview schedules, feedback, and next steps
  • Maintain clear and professional communication to avoid gaps or misunderstandings between all stakeholders
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients and employees working with the company
  • Update and maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and communication status in internal systems
  • Address basic queries from clients and candidates and escalate issues to the concerned team when required
  • Ensure high levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and responsiveness at all times


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-management skills
  • Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented approach to work


Preferred Experience

  • 0–3 years of experience in client coordination, customer support, recruitment support, or follow-up roles
  • Experience in calling-based roles or relationship management will be an advantage
