About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and analytically strong Investor Relations Associate to support and manage investor communication mandates for our client companies. The role involves close coordination with senior leadership teams, institutional investors, and market intermediaries. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who want deep exposure to capital markets, financial storytelling, and institutional engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Investor Relations activities for assigned client accounts
• Develop high-quality investor communication materials including investor decks, corporate presentations, quarterly updates, and briefing notes
• Conduct in-depth research on listed companies, sector trends, peer benchmarking, and market positioning
• Perform financial analysis including ratio analysis, trend evaluation, valuation insights, and performance comparisons
• Coordinate and interact with senior management teams including Promoters, CFOs, and CEOs
• Assist in organizing investor meetings, analyst interactions, earnings calls, and institutional roadshows
• Engage with institutional investors such as mutual funds, insurance companies, PMS/AIFs, and brokerage research teams
• Maintain investor databases, communication logs, and reporting trackers
• Prepare analytical notes, summaries, and periodic market intelligence reports

Required Skillset

• Strong understanding of capital markets and financial statements
• Ability to interpret financial data and convert it into clear, compelling communication
• Excellent presentation and articulation skills
• Professional maturity to interact with senior-level stakeholders
• Strong research orientation and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• High level of ownership, discretion, and confidentiality

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA in Finance (mandatory)
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in capital markets, investment banking, research, or financial services
• Open to travel for investor meetings and roadshows
• Immediate joiners preferred
