Job Description
Responsible for managing and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, networking, servers, email systems, CCTV, data backup, and coordination with IT vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Windows OS, software, antivirus installation, and troubleshooting
- LAN/WAN setup, router, switch, and access point configuration
- Network sharing, IP addressing, and basic TCP/IP management
- Server user account management, permissions, and data backups
- Microsoft 365 & Outlook configuration, email backup
- Daily CCTV camera and NVR/DVR connectivity checks (HO, Factory, Director Home)
- Firewall basic rules understanding and vendor coordination
- Attendance machine (Orange) vendor coordination
- Website (Arcoy) regular checks
- Remote IT support and documentation
Skills Required
- Computer hardware and networking knowledge
- Basic server and security understanding
- Problem-solving and communication skills
