Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent across IT and Software development area. This includes developing recruiting strategies, posting job openings, conducting interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in full cycle recruiting
• Ability to develop and implement recruiting strategies
• Familiarity with job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in the tech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
