📝 Job Overview

We are hiring an Inside Sales & Business Development Executive to work with international clients (USA, Europe, APAC). The role focuses on lead generation, client communication, and revenue growth in IT services.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling

• Identify and qualify international business opportunities

• Schedule meetings for senior sales team

• Understand client IT requirements and pitch IT solutions

• Prepare proposals, RFPs, RFQs, and presentations

• Maintain CRM records (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)

• Follow up and nurture long-term client relationships

• Track market trends and competitor activities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 3–4 years in IT Sales / SaaS / Staffing Sales

• Bachelor’s degree (Business / Marketing / IT or related field)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of IT services: Cloud, CRM, ERP, AI, Web & Mobile Development

• Experience working with CRM tools is mandatory

⭐ Preferred Skills

• Experience with international clients (US/UK/Australia)

• Knowledge of ServiceNow and Salesforce (Preferred)

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator & email automation tools

• Understanding of contract staffing / project-based sales
