Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales & Business Development Executive to generate qualified leads, build strong client relationships, and support revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in IT services sales, and the ability to work with international clients.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & ProspectingIdentify and qualify new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and CRM tools
- Research target companies and decision-makers
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Client EngagementInitiate contact with prospects and schedule meetings for senior sales managers
- Understand client IT requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for proposals
- Sales SupportPrepare proposals, RFQs, RFP responses, and presentations
- Maintain CRM records and update sales activities
- Follow up on leads and nurture long-term relationships
- Market ResearchTrack industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities
- Identify potential partnership opportunities
- Revenue TargetsMeet monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets
- Support deal closures and account growth
- Required Skills & QualificationsMust HaveBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 1+ year experience in IT services sales / staffing sales / SaaS sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Knowledge of IT services like Cloud, CRM, ERP, AI, Web & Mobile Development
- Good to HaveExperience selling to US/UK/Australian markets
- Understanding of contract staffing and project-based sales
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email automation tools
