Job Description

We are looking for an Enterprise Business Development Manager who is ready to hit the ground running. This is a senior sales role for a professional who has spent years building genuine relationships with enterprise decision-makers and now wants a strong platform, a credible Microsoft Partner brand, and a high-reward structure to convert those relationships into business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

•        Leverage existing network to build and convert enterprise pipeline

•        Lead CXO-level conversations and present tailored IT/Cloud/Microsoft solutions

•        Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract

•        Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create winning proposals

•        Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets

•        Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and Microsoft partner engagements

•        Build long-term strategic relationships that drive recurring revenue

 

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

•        3 to 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience in IT, Cloud, Managed Services or Digital Transformation

•        Existing relationships with CXO, IT Heads, VP, or Director-level decision makers

•        Ability to independently own the full sales cycle

•        Strong English communication skills

•        Experience selling Microsoft solutions (Azure, M365, Dynamics 365) – strong advantage

•        Market exposure to Gulf (UAE/Saudi/Qatar/Oman), US or UK – preferred

•        Active pipeline or enterprise client relationships that can be approached from Day 1
