IT System Administrator

We are looking for a reliable and proactive System Administrator to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing our hardware, software, and networks, ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

2. Manage user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations.

3. Set up and manage cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

4. Ensure security through access controls, firewalls, and backups.

5. Provide technical support to users and resolve their issues in a timely manner.

6. Maintain documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

1. Strong knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows/Linux/Mac).

2. Experience with Networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).

3. Proficiency in Hardware Management (PCs, servers, printers, routers, etc.).

4. Familiarity with Cloud Computing platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).

5. Excellent Problem-Solving and analytical skills.

6. Ability to provide efficient User Support and training when required.

7. Any graduate.
