Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming consumer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, whether in person, on social media, over the phone, or via email. 
• Maintain a current understanding of the company's products, services, and customer service policies.
• When necessary, capture customer interactions, compile papers, and communicate information to interested parties.
• In answer to customer questions, respond simply and clearly, and check for customer understanding and acceptance.
• Identify relevant characteristics and benefits to recommend new products or services, or provide suggestions for changes.
• Assist customers by teaching how to use products and programmes and responding to any queries they may have.
• Participate in internal or external training possibilities provided by the organisation.
• Use pleasant language and anticipate your clients' requirements to build and maintain a positive relationship with them. 

Skills: 

• Degree in marketing, sales, communication, or a similar discipline.
• Prior experience as a relationship executive, ideally in a similar organisation.
• In-depth knowledge of effective sales and negotiation tactics.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
