Jr. Accountant

Required Accountant in a CA firm. 

✅ Accounting Knowledge

• knowledge of Accounting Principles

• Finalisation of books of accounts

• Preparation of Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)

✅ Taxation Skills

• Income Tax return preparation (Individuals, Firms, Companies, LLPs)

• TDS provisions, returns and reconciliation

• GST compliances (Returns filing, reconciliation, GST audit basics)

• Basic knowledge of Tax Audit & Statutory Audit workings

✅ Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge

• ROC compliance and MCA filings

• Knowledge of Companies Act provisions (basic level)

📌 Software & Technical Tool Skills

✅ Tally / Tally Prime

✅ Basic knowledge of MS Excel , MS Word & documentation drafting

📌 Qualification & Experience (Usually Expected)

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter

• Experience in CA firm preferred (0–3 years depending on role)
