Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through research, social selling, and networking.
- Outreach & Sales Support: Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone, or LinkedIn to introduce services.
- Proposal & Presentation Assistance: Help prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with prospects and existing clients to ensure retention and identify upselling opportunities.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all business development activities in the company's CRM system.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new, profitable business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing and sales teams to align strategies, campaigns, and lead generation efforts.
