Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Basic Accounting Work:

• Daily entry of purchase, sales, expenses, and other financial transactions.
• Bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
• Assistance in finalization of accounts as per requirements.

1. GST Compliance:

• Preparation of basic data for GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
• If proficient, independently handle GST return filing.
• Maintain GST-related documentation and records.

Income Tax Compliance:

• Assist in collecting and preparing data for income tax returns.
• If capable, independently handle filing of ITR for individuals and firms.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Familiarity with Tally or accounting software preferred.
• Understanding of GST concepts and return structure is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and grow into taxation roles.
