Junior Accountant

Job Title: Junior Accountant / Accounts Executive (Fresher)

Location: Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting (Preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally (ERP 9 / Prime)

Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payment vouchers

Assist in bank reconciliation statements

Maintain cash book, ledger, and journal entries

Support in GST data preparation and basic compliance

Assist in preparing invoices and bills

Maintain proper accounting records and files

Coordinate with seniors for audit and accounts-related work

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of Tally

Understanding of accounting fundamentals

Basic knowledge of MS Excel

Willingness to learn and good attention to detail

Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Basic knowledge of GST

Prior internship or training in accounting

Knowledge of billing and taxation basics

Salary: As per industry standards

Working Days: Monday to Saturday]
