Junior Design Engineer

 A Junior Design Engineer assists senior engineers in developing products by creating 2D/3D CAD models, technical drawings, and documentation, focusing on learning design principles, materials, and industry standards while supporting prototyping, testing, and collaboration with manufacturing teams to bring innovative solutions to life.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of new products
• Product design and Development
• knowledge of CAD Software like Solid Works, PTC Creo, UNI Graphics NX, Auto CAD
• Knowledge of manufacturing Process Like CNC and VMC Machines operation
• Aware about Jig and Fixture Design
• Aware about VMC -3D Programming
• Experience in Molding tool development ( DIE Design)
• Create detailed drawings and models using CAD software
• Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate design concepts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and technicians
• Contribute to design improvements based on customer feedback and manufacturing constraints
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure product quality and performance
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in design engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
• Solid understanding of engineering principles and design methodologies
• Experience in product design and development is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
