Job Description
- Legal Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research on case laws, statutes, and procedures to support case strategies.
- Drafting & Documentation: Draft legal documents, including petitions, agreements, contracts, affidavits, and correspondence.
- Case Management & Court Procedures: Prepare case files, manage scheduling, and assist senior advocates during court hearings.
- Client Interaction: Meet with clients to gather facts, provide updates, and assist in legal advice.
- Compliance & Due Diligence: Assist with due diligence processes, regulatory compliance, and company legal policies.
- Liaison: Coordinate with external counsel, opposing parties, and internal departments
