Job Title: Jr. Recruitment Consultant

Location: 1303, Ganesh Glory, Off SG Highway, Tragad, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (IST)

Workdays: Monday to Friday

Position Type: Full-Time, on-site (Ahmedabad)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Jr. Recruitment Consultant to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding. This position requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a strong ability to build relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders. Freshers with strong communication and learning aptitude are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Outreach

•Identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, internal databases, and employee referrals.

•Engage with candidates proactively to build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Screening & Evaluation

•Review applicant profiles and conduct initial telephonic/video screenings to assess suitability.

•Evaluate candidates on skills, experience, and cultural fit based on job requirements.

Interview Coordination

•Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure clear communication between all parties.

•Maintain a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Data Management & Reporting

•Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within ATS/CRM systems.

•Prepare weekly and monthly reports on hiring progress, pipeline strength, and recruitment metrics

Required Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

•Freshers (0–6 Months experience) are welcome and will receive structured training and mentorship.

•Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

•Basic understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, or ATS systems is a plus (training will be provided).

•Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.

•Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
